Please visit http://www.texupport.net for the current version of this application. Purpose: ECLN (Empty CLeaN) can be used to clean out miscellaneous "cad debris," inlcluding unreferenced images, empty blocks, empty groups, empty text, named layer filters, and unused RegApps Directions: Unzip the contents of ECLN.ZIP to a directory (aka folder) that is in AutoCAD's support path. Load ECLN.LSP using AutoCAD's appload command, the startup suite, or the command (load "ecln.lsp") From AutoCAD's command line, type ECLN and use the dialog box to launch the command. Known Issues: * When running in AutoCAD 2006, any RTEXT entities in the drawing will confuse VBA. This is a known bug in AutoCAD. * AutoCAD 2005 and above have a much better method for cleaning out unused RegApps (aka AppIDs, Registered Applications). Requirements: AutoCAD 2000+ Standard Disclaimer: I've thoroughly tested this application on my system, but I can't guarantee that it will work for you. Please make sure that you keep a backup of your original data files.
