Self SCaLe scales all entities within a selection set relative to their own primary points. Circles scale relative to their centers, blocks and text scale relative to their insertion points, etc.

Freeze in all Non Active ViewPorts will VPFREEZE a picked entity's layer in all viewports except for the active viewport.
Entity Flip is used to rotate BLOCKS, TEXT, MTEXT, or DIMENSION TEXT 180° about its' insertion point.
If you're frustrated by the way aligned dimensions rotate when they are grip edited, but you find creating actual rotated dimensions too tedious, this command, DRO, removes some of the steps that make creating rotated dimensions so cumbersome.

Change DVIEW to Horizontal is a simplified version of the dview / twist command. Simply pick two points in your current view and your view will be twisted to make those two points horizontal. The snap angle is also set to the current view.
